BitFlow Appoints New Distributor for Spain and Portugal

Boston, MA - August 14, 2006 - In a move to further strengthen its presence in the European imaging market, BitFlow, Inc., a leading manufacturer of frame grabbers and imaging software, today announced the appointment of VGA as an authorized distributor for its products in Spain and Portugal. VGA is a leading distributor of imaging products and solutions for industrial and scientific applications.
The agreement strengthens BitFlow's commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality analog, digital, and camera link frame grabbers and software products for Spanish and Portuguese advanced imaging users.
VGA will be distributing BitFlow's full range of frame grabbers which includes the Karbon-CL, R64-CL, R64e-CL, R3-CL and R3-DIF camera interface products on the PCI and PCI Express buses, as well as ImageWarp Scientific/Industrial image processing and analysis software.
