RMA

BitFlow, Inc. requires all returns to have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number assigned prior to an item being shipped to BitFlow’s offices. BitFlow, Inc. is not responsible for products received without a return materials authorization and may reject materials without a return authorization at its discretion.

In many cases we don’t want you to go through the expense of shipping a perfectly working board because of a bad cable, or incorrect settings on your PC. Please talk to support first before taking the next steps.

  1. Obtaining a RMA
To obtain a RMA, you must first contact BitFlow, Inc. by phone or email. You may be required to provide dated original proof of purchase. Products shipped to BitFlow, Inc. must be shipped postage-paid and packaged appropriately for safe shipment. Repaired or replacement products will be shipped to you at BitFlow, Inc.’s expense. Unless requested, the method of shipment will be Ground for Domestic returns and Economy for International Returns. All products and components that are replaced become the property of BitFlow, Inc.
You will have 30 days from the date of issuance to return the item. Failure to do so will result in the RMA being canceled.
  2. RMA Fees
Depending on the warranty status of the product you are looking to return, BitFlow Inc. will inform you of any fees that are required prior to any work commencing on the product.
  3. RMA turnaround time
This all depends on a number of factors but expect to hear from us within a few days of the boards arrival here at BitFlow.
